This Cosmic Journal was created for one reason, and one reason only, and that is to inform. The more knowledge you have the better able you are to make the right decision or action at the appropriate time.

This Journal is full of information, some purely for Astrologers or those with Astrological knowledge, but most of what it contains is very helpful to the general public as well.

After writing Mundane Astrology newspaper columns for the last 20 years, and also the weekly and monthly reports on my website lorraineedgar.com for the last 10 years, I know the general public appreciate this insight and message that the planets offers to us on earth.

As this Journal will be written and produced in Australia, all exact times given will be in Australian Eastern Standard Time, or 10 hours aead of GMT. For those who live in states with Summertime, you will need to make your own adjustment to time by adding one hour during this time each year.

This, the fourth edition of the Cosmic Journal, is new and improved. Most of the information remains the same but there is one big difference. A report on the energy and best use of each day has now expanded. There is still space inthe days for notes and comments.
